1. Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Orders are typically processed within 2 business days after placement (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • Once your order is confirmed, our team prepares it with care, and you will receive a confirmation email or SMS.

  • In case of high order volumes (festive season, launches), processing may take up to 4 business days. We’ll notify you if there’s any delay.

 

2. Shipping Coverage & Delivery Time

  • We currently deliver throughout India.

  • Estimated delivery time is 5-10 business days from the time of dispatch, depending on your location.

  • For remote or difficult-to-reach locations, additional time may be required; we’ll keep you updated.

 

3. Shipping Charges & Free Shipping

  • Free shipping may apply above a certain order value (announced during promotions).

  • Standard shipping rates apply otherwise, visible at checkout.

  • We partner with trusted courier services to ensure secure and timely delivery.

 

4. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email/SMS.

  • Use this number to monitor your shipment status until it reaches you.

 

5. Delivery Issues & Unserviceable Areas

  • If we or our courier partners determine that your address is unserviceable, you will be notified within 24 hours, and the order may be canceled with a full refund.

  • For missed deliveries, our courier partners typically make 2 delivery attempts. If both fail, the package returns to us, and we’ll contact you to arrange redelivery (shipping fees may apply).

 

6. Change of Address / Corrections

  • You may request a shipping address change within the processing window (i.e., before the order is dispatched).

  • Once the order has been shipped, address changes cannot be guaranteed; occasionally carriers may be able to reroute, but this is not assured.
