Orders
Simply browse our collection, select your favorite product, choose the right size, and add it to your cart. Checkout is quick and secure.
Orders can be canceled or modified within 24 hours of placement, provided they haven’t been shipped. Once dispatched, cancellations aren’t possible, but you can request a return or exchange as per our policy.
You’ll receive an email or SMS confirmation once your order is placed successfully.
Shipping
We currently ship across India through trusted courier partners.
Orders are typically delivered within 5–10 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. Remote areas may take longer.
Standard shipping charges apply and are visible at checkout. Occasionally, we offer free shipping promotions on orders above a certain value.
Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number by email/SMS. Use it to monitor your shipment until it reaches you.
Returns & Exchanges
- Products that are damaged, defective, or incorrect on delivery.
- Products you’re unsatisfied with (if you notify us within 2 days of delivery).
- Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and with all tags & packaging intact.
Email us at support@desirang.in within 2 days of delivery, with your order ID, reason, and clear photos of the product/issue.
Yes, customers bear the return shipping charges unless the product was damaged or incorrect at delivery.
Yes! You may exchange for:
- A different size (if available)
- An alternate product (if your preferred one is unavailable)
- A refund (if no suitable exchange option is available)
Refunds
Refunds are initiated once the returned product passes our quality check. It usually takes 7–10 working days to receive the returned item and an additional 2–3 working days for the refund to process from our side.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method or to the bank account details you provide at the time of request.
No, shipping and COD charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (damaged/incorrect item).
Payments
We accept all major debit/credit cards, UPI, net banking, and wallets. Payment options are displayed at checkout.
Yes, COD is available on select orders. Please note that COD charges are non-refundable.
Other Important Info
No, sale/discounted items are not eligible unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
No, customized and made-to-order items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
