Returns & Exchange Policy

At Desi Rang, your satisfaction matters to us. While we hope you love every piece you purchase, we understand that sometimes things may not work out. Our Returns & Exchange Policy is designed to keep the process simple, fair, and transparent.


1. Eligible Items for Return or Exchange

You may request a return or exchange only under the following situations:

  • If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery, kindly notify us within 2 days of delivery.

  • If you are not fully satisfied, provided you notify us within 2 days of delivery.

  • The item must be:

    • Unused, unwashed, and unaltered.

    • With all original tags and packaging intact.


2. Exchanges

If you need to exchange:

  • Contact us at support@desirang.in with your order number, reason for exchange, and clear photos showing the issue.

  • Once approved, you may exchange the item for:

    • A different size (if available)

    • If the desired size is unavailable, you can choose an alternate product

    • If the item requested for Exchange is not available, we will try to give you the best possible alternatives or issue a refund.

    • If you select an item of a higher value compared to the item you are exchanging, we would ask you to pay the price difference. In case the value is lower, we will refund you with the difference amount.

  • The exchange item must meet the same eligibility criteria.

  • Return shipping cost for exchange is borne by the customer unless the product was damaged/incorrect.


3. Return Process

  1. Email us at support@desirang.in within 2 days of delivery with your order ID and reason for return/exchange.

  2. Share clear photos of the product (and issue if applicable).

  3. Once approved, we’ll guide you with return instructions.

  4. Please pack the product securely in its original packaging and include all tags and documentation.

  5. Ship it back using a reliable courier. We recommend using a tracked courier.


4. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed only after the returned item passes our quality check and all eligibility criteria for returns are met (unused, tags intact, original packaging, 2-day notice).

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method or to the account details provided by you while requesting for a return / refund. 

  • It usually takes 7–10 working days for receiving a returned order. Once received, we will issue the refund within 2-3 working days, if the product passes the criteria of refund.

  • Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (damaged/incorrect item).


5. Safeguards & Abuse Prevention

To maintain fairness and protect our brand integrity, we reserve the right to:

  • Require photo evidence before approving returns/exchanges.

  • Inspect returned goods — any items found washed, altered, or not fitting the eligibility will not be accepted and may be returned to the customer.

  • Limit returns/exchanges in cases of repeated misuse.

  • Decline requests not submitted within the timeframe specified.

  • Recover costs for returns/exchanges if product is misused or customer fails to follow return instructions.


Important Information

  • Sale or discounted items are not eligible for returns or refunds unless damaged/incorrect.

  • Customized or made-to-order products cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Products that are used, washed, or tampered with will not qualify for return/exchange.

  • Multiple return requests from the same customer may be monitored to prevent policy misuse.

  • We aim to make the return/exchange process smooth. Any approved exchange or refund will be communicated clearly.

  • Customer satisfaction is our priority; however, the upkeep of product quality and brand standards matters equally.

  • Once an order has been exchanged, it can not be returned or exchanged again.
