Refund policy

At Desi Rang, we take pride in the care and craftsmanship behind every piece. While we hope your purchase delights you, we understand that refunds may be necessary in certain cases. This Refund Policy ensures transparency while safeguarding both our customers and our brand values.


 

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are applicable only when:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • You are not fully satisfied with your purchase.

To qualify, the order must be:

  • Notified to us within 2 days of delivery by emailing support@desirang.in with your order number and clear photographs showing the issue.

  • Return the item in its original condition — unused, unwashed, with all tags and packaging intact.


 

2. How to Request a Refund

  • Email us at support@desirang.in within 2 days of delivery, mentioning your Order ID and reason for refund.

  • Provide clear photos of the product and the concern (if applicable).

  • We’ll review and once approved, we’ll guide you through the return process.

  • Use a reliable courier and ship the package back to us safely.

  • After we receive & inspect the item, refund will be processed to your original payment method or to the account details provided by you while requesting for a return / refund within 7–10 business days.


 

3. Processing of Refunds

  • Refunds are initiated only after the returned item passes our quality check and meets all eligibility criteria.

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method or to the bank details shared at the time of request.

  • Timelines:

    • Return transit: 7–10 working days for us to receive the product.

    • Refund initiation: Within 2–3 working days after product inspection and approval.

Note: Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable unless the refund is due to an error on our part (damaged/incorrect item).


 

4. Additional Notes & Safeguards

To maintain fairness and protect our integrity, Desi Rang reserves the right to:

  • Verify any refund requests with photo evidence before processing.

  • Deny a refund if a returned item fails inspection (used, washed, damaged by user), or if requests fall outside the specified timeline.

  • Restrict repeated refund requests by the same customer if misuse is suspected and will be handled with extra verifications.

  • Shipping and handling charges are not refundable, unless the refund is due to our error (damaged or wrong item delivered).

 


 

5. What Refunds Do Not Cover

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Items that have been used, washed, or altered.

  • Items without original tags or packaging.

  • Sale/discounted items or customized/made-to order items unless they are damaged or incorrect.

  • Once exchanged, an item cannot be refunded.
